Admission to the Prieuré de Sion is not conceived as a casual affiliation, nor as a social or honorary distinction.
It represents a conscious commitment to a chivalric and initiatic path founded upon discipline, inner responsibility, fidelity to Tradition, and the sincere pursuit of self-knowledge.
The Prieuré de Sion admits only those individuals who demonstrate a genuine vocation for the chivalric way, understood not as a historical re-enactment, but as a living rule of conduct, interior sovereignty, and ethical coherence in the contemporary world.
Criteria and Principles
Admission is evaluated on the basis of:
- personal integrity and moral consistency,
- respect for the chivalric values of honour, dignity, perseverance, and loyalty,
- openness to initiatic discipline and inner work,
- willingness to engage in a path of continuous spiritual and intellectual refinement.
The Prieuré de Sion does not engage in public recruitment, mass enrolment, or promotional campaigns. Each request is considered individually and treated with due discretion.
